I ran my own company for twelve years, and despite having a business partner, a senior leadership team, an advisory board and a virtual army of lawyers, accountants, and other paid experts, I often longed for someone to help me think through the issues I faced day to day.

While the executive coaching industry has come up with new and exciting ways to separate entrepreneurs from their hard-earned dollars, but we're not talking about executive coaching. What we offer is accress to an experienced recruitment industry executive who's available on an as-needed basis to discuss everything from handling that annoying (but top performing) sales rep who never seems to code his calls properly in the system, to negotiating tactics to use with that top customer who is asking you to cut too close to the bone, to analyzing if taking on more office space is a good idea in this economic climate.
Sometimes a disinterested third party coming in from the outside can bring a different analytical viewpoint to a problem than you can. In fact, distance from the problem is likely to yield different solutions than you have considered internally.
